Compounding Instructions

• You can use a plastic - made reaction kettle with a stirring function for compounding. Alternatively, a flexible compounding method using a ton barrel and a mixer is also available.

• The recommended weight ratio of the instant - dissolving powder to water is 1:1 for dissolving into a liquid alkali - free accelerator. According to the characteristics of the cement and different customer requirements for setting time and dosage, the proportion of the instant - dissolving powder can vary between 50% - 60%.

• The rotation speed of the stirring paddle should be above 600 revolutions per minute, the water temperature should be above 10℃, and the dissolution time is 0.5 - 1 hour. The power of the mixer should preferably be greater than 5KW.

• The dosage of the accelerator after being compounded into a liquid product varies according to the temperature of the concrete and the environment, as well as the adaptability of the cement. For Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement, the dosage is between 6% - 9%.

• The accelerator is pumped and mixed with the concrete at the nozzle. This product has a certain viscosity. Therefore, it is recommended to remove the filter screen installed on the rubber hose of the accelerator pump to avoid the situation where the accelerator cannot be sucked out normally.

• Before using this product, make sure to clean the accelerator pump. It is strictly prohibited to mix this product with other accelerators to avoid chemical reactions between the two accelerators, which may block the accelerator pump.

Composition Introduction

This product is an alkali - free accelerator based on the aluminum sulfate system. It is non - toxic, harmless, non - radioactive, non - corrosive, and is neither flammable nor explosive.

Safety Tips

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse with clean water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse with a large amount of clean water or seek medical attention. When coming into contact with the powdered product, wear a mask and goggles.

Storage Conditions

• The instant - dissolving powder should be kept with both inner and outer packaging intact to prevent water absorption and moisture. After being compounded into a liquid, the storage temperature should be above 5℃. The liquid product should be stored in plastic/FRP (Fiber - Reinforced Plastic) barrels. Since the pH value of this product is weakly acidic and it will react chemically with steel materials, using iron barrels for storage should be avoided.

Storage Duration

• The instant - dissolving powder product can be stored sealed for 2 years. After being compounded into a liquid, it can be stored for 3 months. If the liquid product is stored for a relatively long time, it is recommended to stir it briefly before use to eliminate the slight visual delamination.

The SFHJ - 01 powdered alkali - free accelerator is packaged in 25 - Kg plastic woven bags or ton bags. Customized packaging is also available according to customer requirements.
