    I. Product Introduction

The flocculating decolorizing agent independently developed by our company is an inorganic cationic polymer compound integrating multiple functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and CODcr degradation. It is mainly used for the decolorization treatment of high - chroma wastewater in dye factories and is applicable to the treatment of acidic and disperse dye wastewater. It can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing and dyeing wastewater, as well as industrial wastewater from industries such as pigments, inks, and papermaking.

    II. Product Advantages

    • Simple operation: It features easy operation. The effluent is clear and transparent, and there is no color reversion.

    • Cost - effective and residue - free: Compared with traditional quaternary ammonium - type cationic decolorizing agents, it has the advantages of low cost and no residual organic components.

    • Good flocculation and COD degradation: It exhibits excellent flocculation effects and can also degrade a certain amount of COD.

    III. Scope of Application

    IV. Usage Methods

4.1 Bench - scale Test Process

    1. Take 1 L of high - chroma wastewater in a graduated cylinder and adjust the pH value.

    2. Add a certain amount of decolorizing agent (10% - 30%) using a pipette and stir for 2 minutes.

    3. Add 1‰ of PAM for flocculation and let it stand for sedimentation.

    4. Observe whether the chroma of the supernatant meets the requirements. If not, adjust the dosage of the agent and repeat step 3.

    5. Calculate the dosage of the decolorizing agent and other agents per ton of wastewater based on the test data.

4.2 On - site Large - scale Test Process

First, dilute the required agents in the chemical dosing equipment. Adjust the chemical dosing flow according to the results of the bench - scale test. If there is a biochemical process, add the agent at the outlet of the biochemical tank and before the secondary sedimentation tank. If there is no biochemical process, add it directly to the chemical dosing tank. Adjust the dosage of the agent according to the chroma of the effluent from the sedimentation tank until the discharge standard is met.
