    III. Scope of Application

    IV. Usage Methods

    1. General Steps for Solid Agent

    • Take a 1 - liter wastewater sample to detect the content of phosphate radicals.

    • Calculate the dosage of the solid new high - efficiency Dephosphorizing Agent DSA - 1 according to the ratio of phosphate radical content : dephosphorizing agent = 1mg/L : 0.04g. Dissolve the agent and add it to the raw wastewater.

    • Stir for 10 minutes for reaction.

    • Add a certain amount of PAM for flocculation and sedimentation.

    2. For Liquid and Solid Agents

    • The liquid dephosphorizing agent can be directly pumped and added, or it can be added after being diluted to a concentration of 10 - 50%. For the solid dephosphorizing agent, first add it to tap water to prepare a solution with a concentration of about 10 - 30% (mass ratio) (add water first and then the agent while continuously stirring), and then pump it into the reaction tank.


    3. Combined Use

    • The treatment effect is better when combined with calcium salts. The dosage of the high - efficiency dephosphorizing agent should be adjusted appropriately according to on - site conditions and the bench - scale test plan.


    4. Usage Conditions: It is applicable to wastewater with a pH value in the range of 4 - 11.
