    1. Introduction to Composite Polyferric Sulfate

    This product is a composite water treatment agent developed based on iron salts and aluminum salts. It combines the water - purifying effect of aluminum salts and the non - toxic and harmless advantages of iron salts. It has the advantages of large flocs, low dosage, low corrosiveness to treatment equipment, small amount of floating slag, strong flocculation ability, easy separation of flocs, and good effects in removing oil and suspended solids.

    3. Product Advantages

    ① Strong flocculation ability, large flocs, and fast sedimentation speed.

    ② The removal rate of total phosphorus in water can reach ≥ 98%.

    ③ It is non - toxic and harmless, and the treated water is clear.

    ④ It also has a good removal efficiency for COD, BOD, color, and SS in the water body.

    ⑤ It has a wide applicable pH range of 4 - 11 for water bodies, with the optimal pH range being 7 - 9. After purification, the change range of the pH value and total alkalinity of the raw water is small.

     

    4. Scope of Application

    It is applicable to a wide range of water qualities. It is widely used in urban sewage treatment, various industrial sewage treatments (such as in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, power plants, printing and dyeing, foundry, papermaking, medicine, leather - making, electroplating, brewing, etc.), as well as wastewater from livestock and poultry breeding and slaughtering processing.

     

    5. Usage Method

    ① Take a 1 L wastewater sample to detect the content of phosphate radical.

    ② Calculate the dosage of the agent according to the ratio of phosphate radical content : composite polyferric sulfate = 1mg/L : 0.04g. Dissolve the agent and add it to the raw water.

    ③ Stir and react for 10 minutes.

    ④ Adjust the pH value appropriately; if the pH value > 6, there is no need to adjust the pH.

    ⑤ Add a certain amount of PAM for flocculation and sedimentation.

    ⑥ Detect the content of phosphate radical in the supernatant.

    ⑦ Determine the dosage according to the results of the bench - scale test.

     

    6. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage

    The liquid product is transported by tank trucks or packaged in ton - barrels according to customer requirements and stored at room temperature. The solid product is packaged in 25 - KG inner - lined plastic bags.

    The storage period is 12 months. This product is non - toxic. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
